Paula Corey, Director of Client Service – C&I

Paula Corey has more than 38 years of financial and operational leadership experience with public firms in technology, telecom, professional services, strategic sourcing, and outsourcing initiatives. She has been fortunate to enjoy both IT and finance careers which have included a wide variety of experience and exposure. Prior to joining Constellation, Paula held Vice President, Senior Director and Director positions for large publicly traded companies including JP Morgan Chase, Enron, Lehman Brothers and Illinois Bell (Ameritech).

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Barat College of DePaul University in Illinois. She has two daughters and enjoys traveling and reading.

David Fein, Vice President State Government Affairs – East

David Fein is responsible for directing Constellation’s state-level regulatory and legislative activities for its retail, wholesale, power generation and development, and global commodities businesses on the East Coast.

Mark Huston, Senior Vice President, Head of Retail Energy

In May of 2009, Mark Huston was named Managing Director – Retail Energy of Constellation Energy’s Constellation Energy Resources organization, responsible for the company’s competitive retail businesses across North America including Constellation NewEnergy, Constellation NewEnergy-Gas, Constellation Energy Projects and Services and BGE HOME.  Before assuming leadership of the Customer Supply Group, he was the chief operating officer of Constellation NewEnergy.

Kevin Klages, Chief Experience Officer of Constellation Energy & President &CEO of BGE HOME

Kevin Klages started his career with Constellation Energy in June 1988, as an Analyst in the Merchandise Group of BGE.  His experiences have been in the operating areas of the retail and service sectors.  He has held leadership roles in our Merchandising, Service and Mechanical Service Companies.

In addition to serving as CEO of BGE HOME, an affiliate of Constellation Energy, he is also working with Constellation Energy’s Retail Energy leadership team as its Chief Experience Officer.

He has been highly involved in the community, active on a number of volunteer boards including currently serving as a member of the United Way Board. He holds his BBA in Information Systems from Loyola University and his MBA from the University of Baltimore.

Jodi Nelson, Promotions Manager – Commodity, BGE HOME

Jodi Nelson joined BGE HOME in 2009, first as a Customer Loyalty Manager prior to becoming Promotions Manager – Commodity in 2010. She served as a Regional Marketing Acquisition Manager at Comcast Cable Communications, Inc., prior to joining the energy industry.

Jodi and her husband have three children. Her hobbies include cooking Italian food, swimming, and playing tennis. She holds her MBA and BBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland.

Katie Shrewsberry, Customer Choice Associate

Katie Shrewsberry joined the Constellation NewEnergy Gas Division in June 2005 and currently works as an Associate in Customer Choice. Her primary focus is the growth and expansion of natural gas products and services in Ohio.

She received her MBA from the University of Louisville and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she received a bachelor’s in business administration. She lives with her husband and their 3-year-old chocolate lab named Barkley. In her personal time, Katie enjoys playing tennis.

Michael D. Smith, Vice President of Solar & Energy Efficiency

Mike leads the development and coordination Constellation’s sustainable offerings to its customers.  His team is responsible for helping customers determine their sustainability goals and ensuring that Constellation is providing the most innovative products available to help its customers meet those goals. 

Throughout his career, Mike has participated in numerous legal and regulatory matters involving the competitive energy markets, including the restructuring of the U.S. and European natural gas and power markets, wholesale and retail competition, interstate gas pipeline regulation and the formation and structure of independent system operators.

He holds a law degree from the Duke University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and has lived in five U.S. states including Maryland, Florida, North Carolina, Texas and Ohio as well as the United Kingdom. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, fishing, hiking, mountain climbing, and playing golf. He and his wife live with their two daughters as well as two spastic Jack Russell terriers.

Bruce J. Stewart, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

Bruce J. Stewart joined Constellation Energy as Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of Retail Energy in August 2010. In his position, he oversees energy product and technology innovation, marketing, branding and strategy efforts, market insight and analytics, as well as channel and business development for Constellation Energy’s commercial, industrial, public sector and residential markets. Bruce’s experience includes 20 years of leadership, expertise and innovation with several leading consumer brands including kgb, Yahoo!, America Online, Netscape, among others.

Bruce holds numerous professional and charitable board memberships. He is a member of the CTIA Wireless Internet Caucus Leadership Board, Xtone Inc. Board, and Project Rebirth Board.

He holds a juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a bachelor of arts from Holy Cross College.

Michael L. Wajsgras, Director of Channel Development

Michael L. Wajsgras joined Constellation Energy in November 2010. In his position, he oversees the development of channel and partner relationships that span the full suite of Constellation’s energy product portfolio. He has more than 20 years of business and channel development experience with several leading companies including Sprint Nextel, MCI, and Qwest, as well as several start-up ventures.

Mike and his family live in Northern Virginia where he is active in local youth sports and other charitable organizations. He holds an MBA and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Vanessa Zeigler, Market & Product Development Associate

In 2008, Vanessa joined Constellation Energy and currently supports the evaluation of market opportunities and commercial strategies within Constellation NewEnergy, a subsidiary of Constellation Energy.

Vanessa holds an MBA from Duke University and a B.S. in business logistics and international business from Penn State University. She likes to go horseback riding and spend time relaxing when she’s not at work.
