Save Money, Risk-Free with Powerhouse Dynamics

2 min read

Constellation Technology Ventures (CTV) is the venture investing organization within Exelon Corporation, Constellation’s parent company. Each equity investment made in an emerging energy technology is complemented by a strategic fit within the overall Exelon organization. CTV invests in companies representing innovative energy technologies and business models. One of those companies is Powerhouse Dynamics.

Through its inexpensive upfront cost, robust software and significant reduction in energy usage, Powerhouse Dynamics’ SiteSage platform is a proven enterprise solution for multi-site operators of small commercial facilities, such as restaurants, convenience stores and specialty retail chains. With 90% of commercial buildings in the U.S under 25,000 square feet underserved by traditional building automation systems, Powerhouse Dynamics brings a breakthrough technology that can monitor and control:

  • Energy
  • Water
  • HVAC
  • Lighting
  • Complete on-premise food safety solutions
  • Other facility equipment

To make the installation of this system even better, CTV has committed to a product guarantee. This removes any risk you may see in recouping funds used to pay for the SiteSage solution. In addition, through on-bill funding, Constellation can offer this opportunity with no upfront capital necessary.

By offering the product guarantee and removing financial barriers, Constellation hopes to help its small commercial facility customers make an easy and risk-free decision to implement SiteSage. Customers can truly benefit from energy efficiency and other elements of the system’s value proposition.

This program, made available through Constellation’s Efficiency Made Easy® (EME), means you won’t have to provide any upfront capital while receiving the full benefits of the SiteSage solution. Constellation is offering its guarantee to the first five customers to sign up in 2018 with five site locations per customer. If for any reason the savings do not exceed payments during the EME contract, Constellation will pay the difference up to the total cost of the solution installed.
